Hours: 23 per week (8 am–4.30 pm, Wednesday – Thursday, 8 am-3.30 pm Friday)

Salary: £15,333 per annum (full time equivalent £26,000)

Location: Head Office in Kirk Hammerton, York

Do you have experience of running both hourly paid and salaried payrolls?  Are you methodical, logical and have an eye for detail? If so you may be the person we are looking for to join our friendly team.

You will be working directly for the Financial Controller and will be expected to manage our payroll function which centres around Iris Earnie software.

You must also have experience of RTI, auto-enrolment, benefits in kind and payroll taxes. You must have general IT skills and should be able to demonstrate a detailed and logical approach to problem-solving.

If you have a payroll or accountancy qualification, that would be beneficial, but it’s not essential.
